He works across development, packaging and international co-production, positioning director-led projects for global audiences. Under his leadership, the company has expanded across the UK and Europe, opening a German office in 2026.

Dan Zaum serves as CEO of Gold Rush Pictures, where he leads strategy, operations, and international partnerships. He collaborates with founder Vladimir Zemtsov to grow the business in core markets, balancing creative goals with sound commercial practices. Under his leadership, Gold Rush Pictures continues to expand as a European-based company with a global reach in production and financing.

Lota Dascioraite works across development and production, supporting distinctive international projects from early packaging through financing and delivery. She collaborates closely with filmmakers and partners across Europe, contributing to Gold Rush Pictures’ cross-border co-production model. Her focus lies in aligning creative vision with practical production strategy to ensure projects retain both artistic integrity and market viability.

Feo Aladag leads Gold Rush Pictures’ German office, strengthening the company’s presence in continental Europe. An established filmmaker and producer, she brings extensive experience in international co-production and European cinema. Her appointment reflects Gold Rush Pictures’ long-term commitment to Germany as a key creative territory and to building durable partnerships across the region.
